Accompanied by Secretary General, Mr. Yongcai Liu, the president of Canadian Chinese General Chamber of Industry & Commerce, Mr. Xin Shu visited Regina , Saskatchewan from Jan. 14 to Jan. 17. During their visit, Mr. Shu and Mr. Liu received the warm welcome from Saskatchewan Government, local companies and local Chinese society. They also attended a few meetings held by Saskatchewan Industry and Resources, Regina Regional Economic development, Saskatchewan Petroleum and Natural Gas, Petroleum Engineering Research Center of Regina University, Mayor of Regina, Pat Fiacco, and local business leaders. Many cooperative opportunities were developed during the meetings. Overall, Mr. Shu and Mr. Liu’s trip achieved the great success, especially in promoting the friendly and cooperative ties between CCGC and Saskatchewan.
