CCGC Golf Tournament

On the morning of May 2nd, CCGC held the 2007 “51” Golf Invitation Cup at Markham’s Angus Glen golf course. After 4 hours of thrilling competition, Mr. Yuen-Liang Chen won the championship; Mr. Shue-Ho Kwan won the 2nd place; Mr. Wei-Ming Lo won the Longest Drive Distance Award; Mr. Gun-Fon How won the Best Green Shot Award.

In order to celebrate May 1st International Labour Day, CCGC specially held this event. It’s goal was to build the Chamber, to build a platform on which the government, the industries, and the Chamber members share necessary information; discuss developments for the Chamber to better serve the industries.

Mme. Consul General Taoying Zhu, Deputy Consul General Gun-Fon How, Consul Ming-Wu Hwo, Consul Zong-Liang Lau, Director of Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office (Canada) Mr. Bassanio So all participated in the tournament.

As CCGC Chairman Mr. Xin Shu introduced it, the Chamber’s golf tournament plans to organize members to participate in friendly golf competitions in China and many places in the world, in order to extend our members contact with the world’s businesses and instigate commerce and trade.
